Hope the latex issue gets sorted; there is probably suitable gear that doesn't have latex, just might have to look a bit harder. Or do without. (oops! did I say that out loud?? hahaha) You can console yourself that QA duties for cookies and cake are very important. You wouldn't want to be serving less than stellar cake to guests, after all.
