Keith, I'm guessing flip turns equate to tumble turns. :)

OK, you know Julie and I have this thing about swimming pool changing rooms (for those that don't Julie and I met at my first triathlon in the shower!) - well, we'd finished swimming, we were in the changing rooms, and my arms were soooo tired I couldn't put my arms up to get my arms through the sleeves of my top, I had to sit there for a little while longer to give them a bit of time to come back to life - I was bushed! Hope that explains it :)

Keith - still no flip turns for me, but I am back running - just trying to limit the amount of "flexing" of the back. Actually, I did sneak one in last night, as I wanted to see the difference between 50 hard with a flip and 50 hard without - about 1.5 seconds for the record - 36.5 (ish) without and 35 with - so there you go! Made me smile anyhow :)

Gee, I totally get the 'top on' comment.

There's a girl I see swimming in a bikini every now and then at Canyon Meadows, but she swims at an entirely respectable speed. That is one heck of a swim set! Glad to hear your back is feeling better. Do they let you do flip turns yet?
