Hope that explains it :) Keith - still no flip turns for me, but I am back running - just trying to limit the amount of "flexing" of the back. Actually, I did sneak one in last night, as I wanted to see the difference between 50 hard with a flip and 50 hard without - about 1.5 seconds for the record - 36.5 (ish) without and 35 with - so there you go! There's a girl I see swimming in a bikini every now and then at Canyon Meadows, but she swims at an entirely respectable speed. That is one heck of a swim set!
