Gawrsh!

Blimey, about 6 inches of powder snow dropped out of the sky onto Fernie and the ski hill last night and I’ve just got in from clearing the drive where the snow was almost at the top of my boots. There are a lot of happy looking people with skis and boards wandering past. A couple shouted up to see if I was going up – I certainly am! No point having a ski pass and not using it, so I’m going to spend the morning sliding down the hill attempting to avoid people stuck in drifts by the side of the piste. I may even hop off the side – gasp!

Cup of tea first though ‘cos me ‘ands r cold.
